Καλοκαιρινό φαγάκι της νηστείας
Υλικά
1 κιλο κολοκυθάκια μικρά
3 πατάτες μέτριες
2 κρεμμυδια
2 ντομμάτες
3 σκελιδες σκορδο
1 πιπερια κερατο
λιγο ρίγανη
αλάτι και πιπέρι
1 ποτηράκι του κρασιου ελαιόλαδο
Οδηγίες
Κόβουμε τις πατάτες και τα κολοκυθάκια ροδέλες
καθαρίζουμε κρεμμυδια και σκόρδα
και τα ψιλοκόβουμε μαζι με την πιπεριά
ψιλοκόβουμε και την ντομάτα (δεν πολτοποιούμε τίποτε γιατί χάνεται η γεύση)
προσθέτουμε αλάτι πιπερι ανακατεύουμε καλά κατα προτίμηση με τα χέρια.
Στρώνουμε σε ένα ταψί και ρίχνουμε το λάδι.
Ψήνουμε περίπου 50-60 λεπτά στους 200 C πάνω κάτω αντίσταση!
Σερβίρουμε με τυράκι φέτα.
